Jacob Barnes is the owner of Barnes Wildlife Control LLC and is an active part of the staff working as a Wildlife Control Operator. Jacob’s motivation for starting this company spun off of being a victim of nuisance animals wreaking havoc on his own property. Once he mastered how to control the various critters preying on his farm’s livestock and eating vegetables out of his garden, people soon began asking for his expertise and assistance solving their own nuisance animal problems, too. With a background in Business Management from Wright State University, Barnes Wildlife Control, LLC was created. Years later the company now has 13 employees working hard to solve Dayton Ohio’s animal control situations and is growing every year.
Melissa joined the Barnes Wildlife Control team in addition to a 10 year career in the healthcare field. Melissa is the “voice” of the company handling the majority of phone calls and clerical needs. She is really a jack of all trades and the technicians would not be able to function without her. Her ability to schedule appointments to meet customers needs and inform the wildlife control technicians on the situations they are about to encounter is second to none. She is an integral part of Barnes Wildlife Control's success serving the Miami Valley region.

Pete is one of the hardest working men we know. He has 25 years experience in construction and mechanical repairs. Although he is a little soft-spoken, the attention to detail in his deck exclusions speaks volumes about the quality of his work. Pete is a fast learning and has great aptitude for future growth with our company.
