Travis was a great representative of Barnes Wildlife. He was personable, knowledgeable and went over all the options. He explained the process from beginning to end and was in constant contact to make sure I knew what to expect. I can’t say enough about how great this company has been towards me. Initially, I went with another company and basically was ghosted and 300 dollars down the drain for him to put a trap on my roof that is still there currently and haven’t heard from him in days. I called Barnes Wildlife because I was discouraged and at my wits end because the raccoon was in my attic and it was making my children, my cat and I anxious and we wasn’t really getting any sleep. Omar came out and did a thorough inspection around my house and my attic, was very kind and informative and told me the best options. He took pictures, showed me the critter that had been camping out in my attic and set a trap specifically where he was going in and out. Not even 12 hours later, there is a raccoon in the trap. I called Omar to let him know and was clearly freaking out and he reassured me that everything was ok and that they would have someone to pick it up in the morning. I get a email from Melissa that I was first on the list so that made it even better. The following morning, Chris comes out and grabs the raccoon and goes over the best options for me. I slept like a baby once Chris left and I really cannot thank you all enough.
